KAILANGAN PA BANG I-MEMORIZE 'YAN?

I was riding in a bus the other day, there was a music going on coming from an FM radio. It was a good music, so relaxing, unmindful of a heavy traffic going on. I position myself to sleep while listening to good music. Suddenly, there was an intermission from a radio station where the DJ's are jokings and greetings in a street manners, (usapang-kalye, baga) then played played music again but interrupted by some corny and recycled jokes and repeteadly shout their station slogan "kailangan pa bang i-memorize yan"?

When the conductor shifted to the other station it was the same programming, endless ads and station's ID. It was so annoying.

Gone are the days where FM radio played more music than DJ's talking.

Like you, I hated that catch phrase. Parang nakaka-bobo. Kaya sa FM yung sa RJFM lang ang pinakikinggan ko palagi, at least mas konti ang ads at puro oldies ang sounds...

I agree 100% that's why I barely tune in to the radio nowadays.

Thanks for coming by, hope we can exchange links. :-)

I only listen to 2 FM stations: 98.7 for good music and 89.9 for good chat between/among DJ's. But more often than not, I listen to my favorite cd's on perpetual loop. Hehe.

oh, i hate it when the vehicle i am into is tuned into those craps! i dont know how can they stand listening to irritating laughters and corny jokes. haay.

if you want good music, crossover is always there and X fm (formerly joey), just music and no annoyance. if i want talk radio, it's either RX or magic. :)
